What does craftsmanship coverage exclude?

How should I care for the product?
Store the product dry and out of prolonged direct sun. Use a soft, dry cloth. If it gets wet, blot it and let it air-dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Darkening and marks are expected with use.
How long does fulfillment take?
Ready-to-ship products are fulfilled in 5–7 business days. Made-to-order products are fulfilled in 2–3 weeks total.
What is the return policy?
