What does Officium’s lifetime craftsmanship coverage include?
Officium’s lifetime craftsmanship coverage applies to defects in stitching and construction. We will attempt repair first. Customers pay shipping to Officium, and Officium pays return shipping. If repair is not possible, we provide store credit for the original purchase amount. Coverage excludes normal wear and failure of natural materials not caused by construction.
How should I care for the product?
Store the product dry and out of prolonged direct sun. Use a soft, dry cloth. If it gets wet, blot it and let it air-dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Darkening and marks are expected with use.
How long does fulfillment take?
Ready-to-ship products are fulfilled in 5–7 business days. Made-to-order products are fulfilled in 2–3 weeks total.
What is the return policy?
Standard-line products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to review. A full refund is issued if the review confirms sellable condition.
