The short version of the Officium returns policy — what is returnable, what is not, and what condition a product must be in to qualify.
Thirty days from delivery, subject to review.
Standard-line products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Every return is subject to review. A full refund is issued if the review confirms the product is in sellable condition.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Customized products are not returnable.
Products ordered to a custom size, finish, monogram, hardware, or other specification are not returnable. Each customized product is built once, to your order, and cannot be resold.
If a customized product does not match the specification recorded on the order, Officium will repair, replace, or refund it. Contact us within thirty days of delivery and we will work it out on the bench.
Normal use is normal.
Leather is a natural material. It darkens with handling, lightens where it catches the sun, picks up marks from the desk it lives on, and softens where the hands hold it. None of that is damage; it is the patina forming.
If a product fails structurally outside of normal wear and tear, contact us and we will look at it on the bench.
